Body Mass Index (BMI)

To calculate your Body Mass Index first multiply your height in metres by itself, then divide your weight in kilograms by that figure.

The range 20 to 25 is considered to be the healthy norm.

I advocate the principles of healthy eating from the book
'On Eating' by Susie Orbach .
I believe that the 5 keys of healthy eating Ms Orbach outlines in this handbag sized book are compatible with all diet choices - macrobiotic, mediterranean, vegan, vegetarian ... your diet!

Cognitive Hypnotherapy
& NLP can support
the diet of your choice.
