Typically for phobia I will see you for between 2 & 4 sessions. The first session is an in depth interview about your phobia. Subsequent sessions will involve NLP & trance work. At no time will you be asked to directly experience a past traumatic event or re-experience the panic of a phobic event. My methods are safe, relaxing & empowering.

Social phobia is a fear of being embarrassed or of being humiliated in public. The thought of being in public or appearing at social events will make the social phobic feel vulnerable, anxious and frightened.
Social situations will be avoided,
  • performance situations,
  • public speaking,
  • parties or weddings etc...,
  • eating in restaurants.
